What can I expect from the event?
DREAMTOPIA is an enchanting fantasy cirque featuring world-class acrobats, mesmerizing aerial performances, and mythical creatures. This family-friendly show takes audiences on an unforgettable journey through a world of fairies, dragons, mermaids, and legendary beings.

The event takes place at 1604 Broadway, Manhattan, New York City.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
DREAMTOPIA is hosted in an intimate indoor venue, designed to transport audiences into a world of fantasy and wonder.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
All seated ticket holders must purchase a Food & Beverage Package, specifically designed for a child-friendly audience, including a balanced meal and refreshments. Additional snacks and drinks will also be available on-site.
Is there parking available?
Broadway does not have on-site parking, but there are several parking garages nearby.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
While the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the performance by observing and enjoying it.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Doors open one hour before showtime. We recommend arriving early to enjoy pre-show entertainment and cocktails.
Late entry is permitted, but refunds or exchanges are not provided for late arrivals.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
We do welcome service animals, though, unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue, and staff will be available to assist guests with accessibility needs.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Yes, all seating categories except for standing tickets include a seat in the designated zone purchased. Seating within each section is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and video recordings are allowed. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Feel free to share the magical moments of DREAMTOPIA on social media!
Is there a Lost & Found?
We recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at events@airoticsoiree.show
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to DREAMTOPIA as it is a family-friendly experience suitable for everyone. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
